[CA11] a128 Radar Alarm Guard - Network to iPhone? - GoodChance - 01-06-20 02:53 PM I run a lot at night. And use the AlarmGuard feature on the a128/RD424D quite a bit. But I find that the audible alarm isn't very loud when on object enters the defined area. I'm aware of Raymarine offing a SeaTalk Aux Alarm Buzzer (A80614) but I don't believe it is compatible with the radar alarm on a LightHouse 2 operating software on the a128. Can the alarm from the a128 be wirelessly-networked to a iPhone alarm? Can the alarm from the a128 be wirelessly-networked to a iPhone alarm? A. Unfortunately, this is not an option for MFD's running LightHouse II software. For MFDs running LH3 software, they may be paired with a Bluetooth speaker to remotely hear alarms. MFDs running LH3 software may likewise be interfaced to the SeaTalk Aux Alarm Buzzer (A80614) as you have suggested. |
