ACU 1OO OR 200 - nickwootton71@yahoo.co.uk - 02-01-20 02:52 AM

Morning

I have a ST6001 2004 Sealine - I am currently upgrading everything to GS95 and i70s P70r equipment - do I need an ACU 100 or ACU 200 would anyone know?

Thanks
Nick

Dear niickwooton71@yahoo.co.uk,

Thank you for your post.

As it is a power boat, it is most likely you have a hydraulic steering system. With hydraulic steering systems the pilot is not specified according to the vessels displacement, it is specified in accordance with the hydraulic steering system.

To answer your question you will need to provide the cubic capacity of the hydraulic RAM on the steering system determines what the ACU will be.

For 50-110 CC you can use the EV100 with a 0.5l hydraulic pump.
For 80-230 CC you can use the EV150 or the EV200 with a type 1 hydraulic pump

Many Thanks
Louise
