The C70 is showing only vertical lines on the screen. I'm assuming a loose ribbon cable connector but don't know. Is the unit still being repaired? What model would replace this and be compatible with the DSM 300? I seem to recall that the C series radar was not digital. Is that correct? Thank you and have a good day.

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Rich,
It is recommended that the C-Series Classic MFD's (C70, C80, C120) power cable be unplugged and that the loaded system voltage be measured at the plug to ensure that it is within the operating range of the MFD (10.7-32.0 VDC). If so, then the MFD would be deemed to have suffered an internal failure necessitating that it be serviced by Raymarine’s Product Repair Center.
A C70 MFD would typically be replaced with an a95 or eS95 MFD.
