[CA11] Upgrade E60 to E125 - imagine56 - 03-06-20 11:59 PM

Hi
I have upgraded my E60 to an E125. I want to use my old DSM300. It has a network port so assume it should work. I have a network cable long enough to go from the MFD to the DSM300.
Do I need something else to go inline for it to work?
Andrew

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum imagine56,

Please note that Raymarine has not produced a product having the name E60. However, should you be replacing an E80 E-Series Classic MFD, then you need simply unplug its SeaTalkhs Cable from the E80's SeaTalkhs port, add an A80160 RayNet (F) to SThs (F) Socket Adaptor Cable to the SeaTalkhs Cable, and then mate it to one of the e125 MFD's Ethernet Network (RayNet) sockets. While E-Series Classic MFDs required a Crossover Coupler when not mated to a SeaTalkhs Network Switch, the e-Series MFDs have no such requirement.
