My question, can a Raymarine SmartPilot E12114 connect/work with my axiom 9rv? There is no nmea2k only nmea0183 and seatalk1.

Hello unixdood.
You can interface the Smartpilot E12114 and the Axiom display with the Seatalk to STNG converter kit, https://www.raymarine.eu/view/index-id=5536.html .
This is a bi direction converter kit specifically designed to interface Legacy Seatalk equipment with the newer STNG/NMEA2000 equipment.
