I ordered a Raymarine M95435 Hailer from Boatersland. They sent me a Newmar PA 40/30 and said it's what Raymarine is now using.
Please advise.

There are over 300 M95435 hailers in stock globally with further 500+ on order. The short answer is NO Raymarine are not using another brand hailer.
