Hello bucky,
Assuming you can get around the ST FAIL message in your other post, yes. You would need to change the PILOT TYPE setting in the S100 from FISHING to SAIL (or POWER, though it doesn't sound like that would suit your boat.) This is described in the S100's handbook.
