I recently purchased a boat equipped with a C120W chart plotter. During the sea trial I noticed some of the labels on the screen had double images. Otherwise everything appears normal. I'd like to know what is causing these double images and how to fix it. I'd prefer not to do a hard reset unless I can be sure the existing tracks can be safely backed up. Thanks!

Thanks Chuck. I am in Vancouver and the boat is in Florida so will only be able to get the software version when I get down there in January.
