I turned off the radar without properly parking the data bar using soft key. The power supply VCM 100 is in sleep mode and I cannot get the radar to turn on. I have powered off and on, Also I tried a factory reset all to no avail Help!!

Unfortunately, switching OFF a power circuit supplying power to a radome or open array pedestal prior to placing the radar into standby, may cause damage to the radome's or open array pedestal's circuitry. The recovery action which would have been recommended (i.e. switch the radar's power circuit OFF and then ON again) appears to have been undertaken already by you and was unsuccessful in correcting the problem. It is recommended that the radar pedestal's core be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
