The the following procedure may be used to adjust the drive belt tension: 1) the vessel should be located dockside, on the mooring, or at anchor 2) on the back side of the drive loosen the belt tensioner's allen head locking bolt enough that the square belt tension knob may be rotated 3) tighten the square belt tension knob until the tension begins to be felt half way through the rotation of the clutch lever's range of motion 4) tighten the belt tensioner's allen head locking bolt RAYFAQ# |
