With the raystar 125 gps, you can set it up to connect via seatalk or nmea depending upon which wires you use. With a raystar 120 nmea gps, can you change the output to seatalk by using a different combination of wires? Thank you.

Unlike the Raystar 125 GPS Sensor which may be configured to communicate via SeaTalk or communicate via 4800 BAUD NMEA 0183 depending on whether the sensor's green lead was connected to +12VDC or ground respectively, the Raystar 120 GPS Sensors were not designed to support both communications protocols. Instead, Raymarine produced a 4800 BAUD NMEA 0183 version of the Raystar 120 GPS Sensor and a SeaTalk version of the Raystar 120 GPS Sensor. These Raystar 120 GPS Sensors could be identified by the indication of SeaTalk or NMEA 0183 on the vinyl medallion affixed to the upper shell of the GPS sensor.
