SmartPilot X10 NMEA output - Eric.Ramsey.Sr - 10-01-16 04:27 PM

Does the X10 output speed/wind/depth data on the NMEA 0183 interface?
Speed/wind/depth are connected via ST. STng is not being used.
I am trying to interface to a Garmin 4210 via 0183.
Regards,
Eric

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Eric,

The SPX Series Autopilots are not designed to function as SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 to NMEA 0183 data bridging devices with respect to outputting the referenced data items. When seeking to bridge data to/from a SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 backbone to NMEA 0183, it is recommended that a compatible MFD featuring a NMEA 0183 interfaced or a SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 data bridge (ex. Actisense NGW-1-STNG, etc.) be used.
