I have a new (year old) a98 MFD that was working fine then all of a sudden, no touch. Tried power cycling and factory restarting. Is there anything else I can try?

We're sorry to learn of the reported issue with your MFD. Unlike the e/eS/gS-Series MFDs, the a-Series MFDs do not feature a touch lock feature which may have been engaged and might then be responsible for the reported issue. Also, touch screens may not be responsive to touch under wet conditions, necessitating that the MFD's keys (if so equipped) or RMK-9 Remote Keypad be used. Should the problem reported persist and the MFD be dry, then it would unfortunately appear that the MFD has suffered a failure of its touch screen, necessitating that it be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
