Hi -

I've changed the drive system of my sailboat and my ECI-100 is giving me fault codes not in the fault code list (STNG solid green, DeviceNet cycles 7 red blinks followed by solid red).

The manual says:

"Your ECI-100 will need resetting if it has previously been used on a different engine type."

and

"A specialist tool is required to reset the ECI-100, contact Raymarine Product Support for further information."

So, how do I go about getting it reset?

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum liquidether,

It is recommended that ECI-100s which need to be reset be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center.

It seems I have a problem beyond resetting the ECI-100. My new drive system apparently speaks CANopen and not J1939. Are there any plans to add CANopen mappings to the ECI-100 or your LightHouse software? Thanks.

What make/model of engine system are you attempting to use in conjunction with the ECI-100?
