I am trying to connect my eS97 MFD to an external wifi router. I entered the wrong password in my 1st attempt and got an error message stating there was an error and could not connect. But from then on, the unit is locked in a perpetual attempt of "connecting". "forget" doesn't help nor "refresh". Has been "connecting" for days even though the MFD is turned off overnight. I am stuck.

We not received similar reports and have been unable to duplicate the reported problem. It is recommended that the MFD be commanded to perform a System Settings Reset (HOME->SET-UP->MAINTENANCE->SYSTEM SETTINGS RESET), that the MFD's settings then be reconfigured to correct the reported problem.
