c95 sounder upgrade compatibilty - Tuna Fusion - 03-11-17 10:54 AM Currently have a first generation c95 MFD (new in 2013/14 I believe) with a cp100 module and cpt-100 transducer on the transom. I'm wanting to have a second sonar installed in the hull at my local boat shop and am trying to verify what will work. Can I go with a cp470 and a SS270W transducer? The technician I spoke with at the shop said he didn't think my c95 would support a CHIRP module and I should go with the cp370. Isn't my already installed cp100/cpt-100 a CHIRP system? Thank you!
