I believe it can be done using a mini USB connection, but can it be done over the NMEA 2000 network?

Static Data for an AIS650 may only entered / modified via a USB connection to a PC or Apple computer running the ProAIS2 software supplied with the AIS650 and found on Raymarine's AIS650 Software Update web page.
