I have just purchased an Evolution EV100 autopilot kit, part number T70152. Where do I find the serial number for this product? Thanks.

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum GCB,
The T70152 is an assemblage of three major autopilot components (EV-1 Sensor Core, ACU-100, and the drive unit). A label is affixed to the boxes of each of these three major components, listing their serial numbers. A barcode having the component's serial number may also be found among the documentation found within the packages of these three components. It is these three serial number which will be registered.
