Chuck,
I added multiple charts for a large portion of the East Coast to my Navionics Plus chart card, but the pan/zoom/refresh anomaly was still noted. Am returning the MFD witjh card to Warranty for them to have a look to see if the the graphics performance is in family or out of family. Will but the external USB reader then as well.

Noted. It is not necessary to send the Raymarine USB memory card reader to Raymarine's Product Repair Center when sending the MFD and Navionics chart card to Raymarine's Product Repair Center.
