we have a new 12 KW radar scanner E92160E S/N 0650012 which stops working, suddenly it was not recognized by any of the displays, we also have a 4Kw open array scanner on board. The cables from the scanner were swapped and nothing happens.
Both VCM100 indicates the ON ligth lit, also the Sealtalk HS router was checked and we tried other empty slots for the signal cable from the scanner
We still have the 12 KW radar not recognized, the 4 KW radar is working
Wath would you recommend to check out?
