Is it possible to upload a list of GPS coordinates into the C127 via the sd card? Is there a specific file format if this is possible?

Yes. The a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFDs running LightHouse II software are designed to support importing waypoint/route/track data from files which have been formatted GPX, have been stored on a microSD memory card, and whose data meets the MFD's constraints.
