Hi, My depth contours have gone missing. I've tried all the settings under chart cartography with no success. Any suggestions on how to get this working would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Tim,
Should the MFD still support displaying tide and current data, then the MFD's memory card reader and chart card would be deemed to be operational. If so, then it would be recommended that a SYSTEM SETTINGS RESET be commanded to address the reported problem.
