Uploading .gpx files to Raymarine e80 - [email protected] - 03-21-16 06:17 PM Hello, I have a Raymarine e80 charterplotter and I use a Navionics Gold CF/1XG SD-card for my charts. Is it possible to create a .gpx file using computer nav software and then transfer it to the SD-card and then open it on the e80? Appreciate any assistance. Cheers, Jim RE: Uploading .gpx files to Raymarine e80 - Chuck - Raymarine - Moderator - 03-22-16 08:20 AM Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Jim, Please click here to view a FAQ addressing this subject. As indicated within the referenced FAQ, E-Series Classic MFDs exclusively support Archive.fsh waypoint/route/track files. Customers seeking to transfer data to/from third party chart plotting products or third party navigational planning applications supporting GPX files to/from these MFDs will generally use Raymarine Voyage Planner to create an Archive.fsh file for these MFDs. One of the most frequently used third party conversion applications is GPS Utility. |
