When I initiate a "goto" to a waypoint, the heading line shows up in the color black. Is there any way to change the color to something more visible such as red? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, the currently available LightHouse 3 software for Axiom and Axiom Pro MFDs does not support changing the color of the active leg / course line. It is clear to see how this line may be lost among the clutter of the chart (ex. contour lines, marine zone boundaries, etc.). A feature request will be logged to permit the operator to select the color of the active leg / course line's color to be considered for inclusion within a future LightHouse 3 software update.
