I have had installed in the pilothouse two third party (Aetna Engineering) digital tachometers running from each of my Cummins 330 diesel engines. Can the wires be tapped to supply RPM data to my C-140 widescreen chartplotter and thence, via the ng backbone, to my new Raymarine ng instruments on the flybridge?

It is not possible to directly connect such devices to Raymarine products. Please click here to view a FAQ addressing how engines systems may be interfaced to a C-Series Widescreen MFD.
