Hi,
I have an Axiom 12 and would like to bench run the unit out of my boat. I have purchased a power cord and was wondering if i can use a battery charger to power it or do i need a battery?

Thank you for your enquiry
A 12v battery source would be preferable, some battery chargers output quite a noisy supply voltage and the electrical 'spikes' or noise can cause the electronics to reset randomly,click here for further details.
