What or how do I connect my 400 course computer to my E-80?
the course computer has 2 sea talk connections and 2 nmea connections

Thank you for your enquiry.
When you refer to the '400 course computer' I suspect you are referring to the Type 400 course computer dating back to the late 90s which looks like the below illustration?
If yes, then you will need to connect one of the SeaTalk connections on the Course computer, ( the red, yellow and screen) to the SeaTalk connection on the back of the E80. The cable to use is part number E55054, if you are unable to source the cable, the pinout is detailed below
