[CA] 50/200 as well as Chirp via a second Axiom? - JPA - 03-21-18 03:25 PM

I am currently running an AXiom 9 RV with a RV-100 transducer. Although I purchased the appropriate Y-cable to use my existing B60 transducer with this system, I ended up reinstalling my old DSX500I so that I have both Chirp and traditional 50/200 available without switching cables. I am considering replacing the DSX500I with a second Axiom. If I were to connect my B60 transducer to a properly networked Axiom 7 DV through the appropriate adapter cable, would B60 data as well as RV-100 Data be available through both MFDs?

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum JPA,

Q. If I were to connect my B60 transducer to a properly networked Axiom 7 DV through the appropriate adapter cable, would B60 data as well as RV-100 Data be available through both MFDs?
A. Yes. Should the B60 transducer's plug have been mated directly to the DS500X without using a adapter, then this transducer may then be adapted via the A80484 Adapter for use with an Axiom DV MFD. When networked to one another via an Ethernet network, these MFDs will share all resources and data.
