Axiom 12 and RMK-10 connected through a HS5 hub. RMK-10 doesn't turn on. Do I need to connect to external power? Current cabling is a raynet to raynet . Thank you

Thank you foryour enquiry.
The RMK10 will need power from somewhere, either use a PoE injector to power the RayNet into the RMK10, or simpler is to connect 12v power cable to the RMK10 direct.
