I have a new hybrid touch eS7, less than a year old with charts of the caribbean. I will have everything working and shut it down. The next time I turn it on, it goes directly to the charts but with no charts, just a very crude chart. I am also unable to use any of the keys. As though it is frozen. I then have to turn the power off to shut it down, or sometimes hold the button for a minute or so might work.
I try again and again to boot up, finally it will. There are other times that it will boot up with no problem.
What is happening?

Thank you for your enquiry.
Try removing the chart card and powering the unit up - if it powers up Ok and all buttons work correctly,there may be a problem with the chart card causing the unit to crash, so the chart card should be checked.
Check the software version too and update to the latest version.
