GPS RS125 and C95 - saustop - 04-18-16 01:06 PM

Upgrading to a C95. Can I connect my GPS RS125 to the C95? If so, what cables are required? Also, I need to connect my Raymarine 55 VHS to the GPS for DSC. What cable can I use for the VHS radio?

Thanks,
Phil...

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum SAUSTOP,

It is indeed possible to interface a Raystar 125 GPS Sensor to an a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFD. As the Raystar 125 GPS Sensor may be installed to support 4800 BAUD NMEA 0183 communications and both the MFD and VHF radio support 4800 BAUD NMEA 0183 communications, it is recommended that the GPS sensor be interfaced as shown below:

See the VHF radio's harness for its NMEA 0183 Input leads.
