I exchanged my unit based on instructions from support and the same problem exists on brand new hardware with most recent software when using Course Up. Bummer....

So just to confirm then, when in North up the chart behaves as expected, but in Course up the problem occurs?
Could you just check you have the latest 3.8 software in the AXIOM?
