[CA11] AIS700 to A-series - USC Boat - 11-29-18 02:41 PM
I'm wondering if the AIS700 will connect to the A-series a12. Is the AIS700 "backwards compatible" with the "retired" A-series?
The other option would be buying a "retired" AIS 650, which is from the same generation.

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum USC Boat,
The AIS700 is indeed compatible with all MFDs supporting AIS features which Raymarine has produced, including the a-Series MFDs.
