[LW11] "No pilot" alarm on Raymarine ST6002 display - BLGPHIL - 12-17-18 04:02 AM

Hello,
After disassembling the instruments for more than a week to move them I alarm "No pilot" on the ST6002 control unit. In addition, I can not enter the "Dealer CAL" menu to reset the driver settings (the "CAL?" Screen does not appear after pressing "Auto" and the "-1" keys and +1) do not allow entering the menu modifying the parameters of the "Dealer CAL" menu.
Here is the installation:
- ST6002 control unit (pilot display)
- SmartPilot S2 Calculator
- Power unit: linear electric motor type 1
- Rubber sensor
- Fluxgate Compass.
- ST60 Tridata and wind mode
Thank you for telling me why I can not get into the "Dealer CAL" menu?
Sorry for my poor English…
cordially.

Dear BLGPHIL,

Thank you for your query.

The reason you cannot get in to dealer calibration is because the ST6002 is not communicating the the autopilot.

Have you changed anything in the network since removing the instruments? Or have you put them all back on ads they were before?

I see you are in France, please contact [email protected]

This is our French base and they will be happy to assist you.

Many Thanks
Louise
