I have a problem with my touchscreen, first of all it works on and off (manually it works fine) we did the screen alignment, updated the software, checked all the cables on the back but still the problem persists.
The main cursor moves by itself to the bottom left hand corner and when press the find ship icon it does not work only if you do it manually.
How can I solve this problem?? Please help.

The reported symptoms would typically indicate a problem with the MFD's touchscreen. It is recommended that the MFD's TouchLock feature be used to deactivate the MFD's touchscreen until such time that the MFD may be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced. Should switching the MFD's TouchLock ON address the latter symptom reported, then it may indicate a problem with the MFD's UniController circuitry necessitating that the MFD be serviced.
