[CA11] Fusion MS-BB100 to Raymarine es98 - Cfishh - 02-28-19 08:09 PM

I'm looking to tie a Fusion Black Box unit to a new Es98 to be able to utilize the controls from my Es98 mfd. Can anyone explain to me where to start and what I may need to get this up and running.

Thank you

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Cfishh,

Please click here to view a FAQ addressing this subject. As indicated within Section 25.1: Fusion link application overview of the LightHouse II Release 19 Operating Instructions, should the eS-Series MFD be operating with LightHouse II software, then the BB-100 would need to be interfaced to the MFD SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 communications protocol. The same would apply for an eS-Series MFD which was operating with LightHouse 3 software. As indicated within the referenced FAQ, the system's Data Master MFD and Fusion entertainment product would each be interfaced as a spur to the system's powered and properly terminated SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 backbone.

For MFDs running LightHouse II software, the Fusion app would be used to control the Fusion BB-100. For MFDs running LightHouse 3 software, the Audio app would be used to control the Fusion BB-100.
