I have 2 E80 Classics connected to the Raymarine switch. I have a a working engine monitor connected to one of the E80's. Can I display this data on either MFD's or will it only display on the MFD that has the physical connection to the canbus?

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum unixdood,
Yes. Engine data received by the Data Master MFD will be shared with other E-Series Classic MFDs which have been interfaced via an Ethernet (SeaTalkhs/RayNet) network.
