I have an older 4Ft HD open array on 2009 Regal 5260. While the base has weathered well over the years, the open array housing has substantially yellowed but is functional. Can the outside shell be painted or replaced?

Raymarine does not recommend painting radome shells and open array antennas. That said, it is not uncommon these items to be painted by and OEM and occasionally by an end user. Any such paint should certainly be free of metallics and other radar reflective content. Replacement arrays for HD and SuperHD open arrays may be ordered from an Authorized Raymarine Dealer.
