[CA11] CP570 in a network with 2 axiom PRO - charlestai - 04-15-19 10:41 AM In my network with 2 Axiom Pro, only the master Axiom can display the CP570 data. The network is working. The lights are flashing on the network switch and the charts loaded on the master is visible from the secondary Axiom. However, the secondary Axiom has no sounder data. Is this correct? I would assume both Axioms on the network can display CP570 data. Thank you your advice. RE: [CA11] CP570 in a network with 2 axiom PRO - Chuck - Raymarine - Moderator - 04-18-19 01:40 PM Welcome to the Raymarine Forum charlestai, We're sorry to learn about the reported issue and this is certainly not the result which one would expect. In a properly functioning system, one would simply open a page which had been confiugured to run the Fishfinder application. Within the Fishfinder application screen, one should either observe the last sonar channel chosen or an option to select a sonar channel. Should the Fishfinder application be displaying the last sonar channel chosen and should one desire to display a different sonar channel, the application's MENU option would be selected and a sonar channel would then be selected from the options listed at the bottom of the display Fishfinder menu. Should your second MFD not be operating as specified above, then it is recommended that you verify that each MFD has been updated with LightHouse 3 v3.9.46 or later software and if not that the software within these MFDs be updated accordingly. After doing so and should the problem persist, then it would be recommended that your data be backed up to a microSD memory card, settings noted, and that a Factory Reset (HOME->SETTINGS->THIS DISPLAY->FACTORY RESET) be commanded on the Data Master MFD while the system's other MFD(s) is switched ON. Should the problem persist thereafter, then please execute the command sequence HOME->SETTINGS->NETWORK->DIAGNOSTICS->PRODUCT INFO->SAVE DATA. After doing so, attach the saved product info diagnostics file to this thread for further analysis. |
