[CA11] SP-X10 calibration - Phillip - 04-27-19 01:54 AM

Hi, I have a used SP-X10 with an ST-6002 control head. I installed it and went through the calibration process (several times). Each time I turn the power off I get a message on the control head "Required Calibrn". I set the boat type to Sail Boat. I also did a "swing" and have a deviation of 9 degrees. Why does it still display Required Calibration?

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Phillip,

Did you also perform the AutoLearn feature of the SeaTrial calibration (see page 16 of the SPX-10 Set-up and Commissioning Guide? If so and the problem persists, then it would indicate that the autopilot course computer is suffering a memory failure and should be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
