A125 MFD reverse compatability - [email protected] - 05-12-16 10:05 AM

Chuck,

I will like to replace my 2006 vintage C120 MFD with a a125 MFD. However, I will like to know if that could be integrated with the other components currently integrated with my C120 MFD. The current components are:

1. Course Computer: Type100
2. Autopilot: ST7000+
3. Speedlog: A22004 (ST60+)
4. VHF: Ray55
5. Radar: E52067

Thanks for for you assistance.

Cheers,

Marc

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Marc,

The currently installed radome will need to be replaced. The ST60+ instruments may be adapted for use with an a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFD. The generation of autopilot course computer specified should be interfaced via NMEA 0183 communications protocol to an a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFD. The VHF radio would be interfaced via NMEA 0183 communication protocol to the a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFD.
