Seatalkng Cabling - dprice@plugnpay.com - 05-23-16 11:18 PM

I need to pass a Seatalk ng cable through the deck.

The only size cable gland I found that will fit the .45" head of the fitting requires a 3/4" [censored]. I would rather not drill a 3/4" [censored] for a 1/4" cable.

I also don't believe I would be able to tighten the gland hard enough for it to seal around a 1/4" cable.

Does RM make a ng bulkhead fitting ? If not they should consider it.

I would rather not splice though I suppose that is an option.

Does anybody have any other suggestions?

Thanks
