[CA11] Autopilot / control head compatibility - Frederik13 - 08-29-19 09:28 PM

Our catamaran has a 400 course computer, with ST6001+ and ST600R control heads and a Smart Controller.
The rest is ST60+ series, plus a multiplexer and PC for navigation
The autopilot could break down during an ocean passage. I have the opportunity to buy a spare S3G AST course computer.
On the Internet I could not find information regarding compatibility between ST6001+ and S3G AST. Even better would be a compatibility table. Could anybody inform me?
Thanks

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Frederik,

The S1/S1G/S2/S2G/S3/S3G autopilot course computers were designed for use with the ST6xxx/ST7xxx/ST8XXX autopilot control heads (ex. ST6000, ST6001+, ST6002+, ST7000, etc.). All autopilot control heads introduced since, including the currently offered p70S and p70RS autopilot control heads.
