Is there any way to change the information on my AIS 500 using a MAC laptop instead of a PC? I have the cable but it looks like ProAIS is only supported for a PC.

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum SVGratitude,
The AIS500 was exclusively designed for use with the ProAIS (not ProAIS2) software. Unfortunately, a Mac compatible version of ProAIS software was not produced by Raymarine. Should you not have a friend or famiily member having a PC who can assist you with modifications to the static data within you AIS500, then it would be recommended that a Certified Raymarine Installer be contacted to perform this service, or that the AIS500 be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to receive the latest software update and to have its static data change.
