(DG) Axiom to C80 Classic adapter plates

I've been investigating updating my boat from a C80 classic to one of the new Axiom units and was very happy to see that Raymarine is now listing an adapter plate for some of the Axiom MFDs:

I see a C70 adapter plate listed, but there is no listing for my C80 (Classic) to any of the Axiom units. I'm considering an Axiom 7 or 9.

Why would Raymarine list the C70, but not the C80? Is the C70 adapter plate usable in my case if I already have a cutout for the C80 classic in my dashboard? The website doesn't have dimensions or drawings available online.

Thank you for your enquiry.

Unfortunately this particular adaptor plate was a little delayed, it is now in production and so the AXIOM 9 adaptor plate bezel for the Classic C80/E80 is part number A80564.

This is great news! I don't see it on your website yet, but now that I know it's a real product, I can look into a new Axiom!
