[CA] [CA11] P70R -upgrade 3.09

I recently upgraded my MFD and the system also upgraded the P70R to 3.09.
Its not mentioned on the upgrade page. I know there has been a few problems with the website regarding software update information.

The issue reported with the p70R v3.09 software is actually a fault within the p70R/p70RS software update web page. The latter has resulted from Raymarine's migration of its website. Raymarine's webmaster will be notified accordingly that the old p70R/p70RS software update is presently displayed and to seek correction of this oversight. There should be no issue in moving forward with the update.

Specifically, the v3.09 p70/p70S/p70R/p70RS software update addresses the following:
- Corrects text translation error introduced in (v3.08) when set to Polish & Russian language. The displayed text wrongly displayed “Blad Tekstu” & “ТЕКСТОВАЯ ОШИБКА” which translates to “text error” instead of the correct Autopilot functions.
