[CA] EV-400 Pilot Commissioning
I just installed an EV-400 pilot on a Defever 48. The EV-400 replaced a Simrad J300/AP21 pilot.
The RPU160 hydraulic pump was retained.
Steering ram capacity is 26.0". Does that indicate that I should select type 3 hydraulic pump as the drive type?
Thank you.

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum barberhaulerr,

As a Type 3 Hydraulic Pump would typically be used with a steering ram having a capacity of 26 cu. in., it would we recommended that the Type 3 Hydraulic Pump drive option be selected when running the Set-up Wizard.
