[CA11] Single E125 wanting to add another
2014 510 Sundancer
Other than the obvious order of the E125, what else do I need to interface the existing system/sensors?

TIA

Nick

RE: [CA11] Single E125 wanting to add another
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Nick,

Please note that an e125 MFD may be interfaced to any model of a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFD via an appropriate length of RayNet (F) to RayNet (F) Cable. When so interfaced and each MFD is operating with the same version of LightHouse II software (v19.03 is strongly recommended), the MFDs will share all system resources (except for NTSC/PAL video) and data. The 12" MFDs feature two Ethernet NETWORK (RayNet) sockets, permitting the MFD to be interfaced to up to two additional compatible devices having an Ethernet communications interface (ex. MFDs, radar transducer, fishfinder sonar modules, SiriusXM Satellite Weather/Radio Receiver, IP cameras, thermal cameras, etc.). Should more than two additional compatible devices having an Ethernet communications interface need to be interfaced to the e125 MFD, then a HS5 RayNet Network Switch would be installed onboard and each compatible device having an Ethernet communications interface would instead be interfaced to the HS5 RayNet Network Switch.
