[CA11] ACU-150 AutoPilot and Lowrance Fish finder
After installing the autopilot and on our first run on lake, we discovered that when i go to autopilot the fish finder side has so much static you can no longer use the fish finder. the GPS side works perfectly. Is there anything I can do?

RE: [CA11] ACU-150 AutoPilot and Lowrance Fish finder
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Dengle,

The symptom reported is quite likely electrical noise from the drive unit. The most common cause for such issues is that the fishfinder transducer cable has been bundled with power leads to drive unit ... this is solved by separating the transducer cable from the system's other cables. Another possible cause is RF noise. Please click here to view a FAQ addressing how RF noise may be detected and address with RF chokes.
