RE: [CA] DSM300 B164 vs Axiom & B60
Firewood,

Q1. Ok, so the M260 plugs straight into my DSM300, then my DSM300 is plugged into my GS16.
A1. Correct. A cable assembly constructed from an A80272 RayNet(M) to SeaTalkhs (M) Adapter and an appropriate length of RayNet (F) to RayNet (F) Cable would be used to interface these products to one another.

Q2. I just need a cable to network the axiom 9" and the GS16
A2. Yes. An appropriate length of RayNet (F) to RayNet (F) Cable would be used to interface these products to one another.

Q3. I know the gs16 has a few Ethernet connections on the back,
A3. The gS165 MFD features three Ethernet network sockets.

Q4. Once the gs16 is upgraded to Lighthouse 3, and the two MFD are networked together, which would be the Master? my radar is plugged into the GS16.
A4. The system's data master will be that MFD which is interfaced to the system's SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 backbone. Should the system not feature a SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 backbone, then either MFD may be designated as the system's Data Master.
